- Ensure you pack your own bag and do not allow anyone to tamper with it.

- Observe the weight allowance for hold and hand baggage as allocated by your airline and detailed on your ticket.
- Do not pack any sharp or restricted items in your hand luggage.

- Customers can pre-weigh their luggage prior to check-in. Cabin sized bags are also available from Weigh Ahead vending machines to assist with any excess luggage. Weighing machines and cabin bag vending machines are available in the check-in concourse and the Silver Zone car park.
