Arriving at Bristol Airport
After landing at Bristol Airport you will be guided through to Immigration, Baggage Reclaim and Customs.
To help pass through Immigration as quickly as possible, please help by having your passport open and ready for examination on the photograph page. If you are not a British/EU or European Economic Area passport holder, you must complete a landing card provided by the airline you have travelled with. Please ask your airline to provide you with a landing card to complete during your journey to the UK.
A Foreign Exchange Bureau can be found in the International Baggage Reclaim Hall. A range of shops and cafes can also be found in concourse area of the airport.
Departing from Bristol Airport
Smooth your return journey through the airport - allow plenty of time to check-in for your flight and familiarise yourself with security and hand baggage guidelines.
Passengers can enjoy priority service at the Security Search Area with our dedicated Fast Track channel. Tickets can be purchased online or at one of the kiosks in the terminal.

Security and baggage guidelines
Please ensure that you are aware of all security requirements when flying from a UK airport, including Bristol Airport.
Passengers are currently permitted the following in their hand luggage:
- Individual containers with less than 100ml of fluid. Containers must then be packed into one transparent re-sealable plastic bag of no more than 1 litre capacity. Only one plastic bag per passengers is allowed.
- Medicines and special food required during the flight do not need to be carried in the plastic bag. All medicines must be verified. All food in liquid form must be tasted by the passenger.
- Duty free items purchased at Bristol Airport's departure lounge may continue to be carried on board. Please check with your airline for individual hand baggage regulations.
