The new lounge is located on the upper level of the Departure Lounge, between Bar Zero9 and Dexters.

Important Information
Catching your Flight
All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.
Open to all Travellers
The Aspire Lounge welcomes all travellers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry. It is also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with.
Drinks, Hot and Cold Snacks
Drinks and snacks are provided completely free of charge and are available for you to help yourself although we do ask that you enjoy the food and drink within the lounge and don't take it out. Snacks available include soup, hot bacon rolls, danish pastries, cake and biscuts.
Some items are only available at selected times of the day (i.e. breakfast items). Champagne is available for an additional charge. Alcohol is not available to people under the age of 18.
Dress Code
Servisair understand that all customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this.
They do ask that guests refrain from wearing items such as baseball caps, sportswear (football shorts / tracksuits etc), football shirts or items of clothing with offensive slogans.
Essential Information
Length of Stay
The length of stay will be clearly stated in your quote - the usual length of stay is 3 hours. If your flight is delayed, Servisair will always do all they can to help.
Children and infants
All Servisair and 'Aspire by Servisair' lounges accept children but do ask that they be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Bookings
Please note that online bookings cannot be made on the day of travel, however, you can pay the turn up rate in the lounge on the day of travel if you have not pre-booked.
Group Bookings
If you are travelling in a group (7 or more passengers), please contact lounges@servisair.com or 01928 570 182 regarding your requirements at least 7 days in advance of your date of travel. Please do not book online as group access to the lounge will not be authorised without prior approval. Please note that no hen or stag parties are permitted into the Aspire Executive Lounge.
Alternatively, if you are travelling as a group but don't require access to the Aspire Lounge, you can reserve areas in the airport restaurants and bars. Just email Occasions@bristolairport.com and let us look after your needs.
Executive showers
Executive showers are available for use for £10 in the main terminal before check-in. Please ask at the Information Point.
Disabled facilities
The Aspire Executive Lounge has lift access from the ground floor. It is possible to reach the lounge without using stairs.
