Bristol International Airport is set for an influx of inbound visitors as a result of the city it serves being named as a ‘must visit’ destination for 2009.
The world’s best-selling city guidebook publisher, DK Eyewitness Travel, has named Bristol in its top ten favourite cities, praising its blend of ‘luxury consumerism and environmental sustainability’.
But its not just passengers arriving at Bristol International who can enjoy a city break as recommended by the experts. Gdansk and Vienna are within reach thanks to regular Ryanair flights from Bristol (the latter via nearby Bratislava)
