Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is Bristol International Airport Limited, Bristol International Airport, Bristol BS48 3DY.
• The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK. The Prize Draw is not open to employees (or members of their families) of Bristol International Airport Limited, its agents or anyone connected with the prize draw.
• Only one entry per person per designated Prize Draw will be accepted.
• No purchase is necessary. Entry to the prize draw is free of charge.
• To be entered in the prize draw, entrants must complete the online Survey and provide contact details (email address) at the end of the Survey. These details will only be used for the Prize Draw and will not be passed on to any third party.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. When contacted, the prize winners must provide proof of age.
• Please see below for the closing date for entries for the designated Prize Draw.
• Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules or incomplete will be disqualified. No liability shall be taken for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for participants being unable to connect to the Promoter's website or to participate in this Prize Draw, or if their entry is late or lost, due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt.

• Please see below the date by which the winners will be contacted by e-mail by Bristol International Airport. At this point, the winner will be given the contact details of the Car Park Administration team at Bristol International to book their car park and Executive Lounge stays (as defined below). If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
• The prize is one stay in Bristol International's Silver Zone car park of up to 2 weeks, plus, for the same trip, entry in to the Executive Lounge for the winner and one guest.
• The prize includes only the cost of entry. Any other services required for in the Executive Lounge will be paid for at the usual rate. The prize includes cost of parking for the chosen period only. Any over stays will be charged at the usual daily rate. No cash payment will be made for understays.
• Please see below for the date by which the car park and executive lounge passes must be booked. The date of departure must be within one year of the booking.
• All car park and executive lounge bookings are subject to availability. Availability cannot always be guaranteed on dates requested.
• The prize winner agrees to be bound by Bristol International and Servisair's Terms and Conditions, available on www.bristolairport.co.uk and any terms imposed by third parties. These permit changes to the chosen date of booking in certain circumstances. See Bristol International's Terms and Conditions for more details. There may be an administration charge for changes which the winner will be responsible for.
• The prize will be awarded to the first entries drawn at random by an independent, supervised individual. The decision of the independent, supervised individual will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• There are no cash alternatives to the prizes featured including circumstances in which the winner makes a booking but does not utilise it.
• Prizes are not transferable.
• If due to circumstances outside the Promoter's control or if the Promoter deems it necessary to suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to do so.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
• Contestants entering the prize draw agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions unconditionally. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
• This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
