Menzies Aviation are recruiting for the position of Passenger Service Agent. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team based at Bristol Airport.

Being at the forefront of our passenger operation you will be the welcoming face that starts every journey for each of our customers. You’ll assist and guide multinational customer from all over the world through every step of their journey through the airport. From check-in and bag drop, to boarding gates and arrivals, you’ll ensure customers are kept well-informed and are in the right place at the right time. Following safety, security and airline-specific procedure, you’ll put our customers’ – and their customers’ – needs at the heart of everything you do.

You will be the face of the business representing our brand values to every passenger, from time to time you may be required to adapt these skill across our other airport based departments.

To be successful for this role you will need to be able to obtain the required security clearance and satisfy a 5 year reference and criminal record check (CRC).

Salary: £8.14 per hour (plus end of season performance related bonus).
