Airport Lounges

Important Information

• Stay length

  You are welcome to stay in our lounges for a maximum of 3 hours before your scheduled departure time. Please note that this is subject to individual airline check-in and bag-drop opening times.

  Lounge access is reserved from the earliest entry time specified in your booking and your entitlement commences from this time.

• Group bookings

  Groups larger than 6 are not permitted in the Escape Lounge without prior authorisation. To find out more about how to submit an authorisation request please click here.

  Separate bookings forming a group larger than 6 will be refused access to the lounge and no refunds will be given.

• Special Assistance Facilities

  The Airport Lounges have lift access from the ground floor. There is a special assistance toilet facility.

• DragonPass and Priority Pass card holders

  DragonPass and Priority Pass card holders can now pre-book their space within our lounges. Guarantee your seat in our Escape Lounge at Bristol Airport by reserving your space via our dedicated DragonPass or Priority Pass booking portal.

  It is important to remember that you will need your DragonPass or Priority Pass card to enter the lounges. If you fail to arrive to the Escape Lounge within 2 hours of your pre-booked time, we reserve the right to free your seat.

• Catching your flight

  Flight information screens are displayed in the lounge. Due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight is boarding.

• Amendments and cancellations

  You can cancel or amend your booking online at our website by visiting the “Manage My Booking” section.

  You may cancel your booking at any time before your entry time; however, if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your booked entry time, we will deduct an administration fee of GBP £5.00 from your refund.

• Why can't I book the 1903 Lounge?

  From 25 April 2024, you will no longer be able to book the 1903 Lounge at Bristol Airport however in-airport signage will still be visible. If you have a booking in our 1903 Lounge after this date, we will be contacting you about your booking.
