Located in our Administration Building, Bristol Airport has a range of conference and meeting rooms. Whether you are looking for a one-to-one, larger meeting, conference, exhibition or team building area there’s a choice of five destination themed meeting rooms, some of which have incredible runway views.
Bristol Room
- A large 'L' shaped room overlooking the runway and apron.
- Capacity: 30 delegates boardroom style, 100 delegates theatre style
- Rates of hire: £550 per day, £275 per half day
Havana Room
- A spacious modern room (no natural light) with interactive white board
- Capacity: 14 delegate boardroom style
- Rates of hire: £320 per day, £160 per half day
Manhattan Room
- A spacious warm room with natural light.
- Capacity: 12 delegates boardroom style
- Rates of hire: £265 per day, £135 per half day
Paris Room
- A small and functional modern room (no natural light).
- Capacity: 8 delegates boardroom style
- Rates of hire: £265 per day, £135 per half day
Meeting Room 1
- Capacity: 4 delegates boardroom style
- Rates of hire: £265 per day, £135 per half day
