Sensory Room FAQs
No, the room must be booked in advance.
Please enter your details on our booking form and a member of the OCS Team will confirm your session by email within 48 hours.
Pre-booking is essential and all sessions are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The Sensory Room is located in the departure lounge, after security, near to the OCS Special Assistance Desk.
Due to availability and demand, we would recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
If you have pre booked special assistance with your airline, an OCS Agent will assist you to the Sensory Room. An OCS Agent will return at the end of your reserved session and assist you to your departure gate.
If you have not pre-booked special assistance with your airline, please follow signs to the ‘Passenger Assistance’ desk in the departure lounge where a member of our Special Assistance team will escort you to the room.
The room has a maximum capacity of four persons.
The equipment is wiped down and cleaned between each session. A daily deep clean is also in place with regular electro-static fogging. Cleaning wipes are available within the area for customers to use.
