Coach Park FAQs

Which vehicles should be using the coach park?

The Coach Park is to be used for any vehicle that has 17 seats or more that does not have a scheduled service. Those vehicles that have 16 seats or less should utilise the Drop & Go and Short Stay & Pick Up facilities.

If a vehicle of 16 seats or less is towing a trailer, then this will be required to use the Coach Park.

When should the coach park be used?

The coach park should be used for both the dropping off and collecting of passengers.

How is the payment to be made?

Payment can be made at the payment station located in the car park by either cash or card.

Are there luggage trollies available?

Yes, luggage trollies are available for passengers, the location of these can be found along the pedestrian walkway.

What facilities are available for those who require Special Assistance?

There is an info call point located at the payment station. Passengers are also able to access the Long Stay bus route, those passengers will need to turn left on the pedestrian route and the bus stop is located at the rear of the Multi-Storey car park.

Will the charge be applicable for those services assisting with flight delays or diversions

No, there will be no charge to use this facility when assisting with delays or flight diversions.
