Ragdoll Research & Planning Ltd Prize Draw Terms and Conditions


Eligibility: This prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, except employees of Ragdoll Research & Planning Ltd and Bristol Airport, their families, agents and third-party suppliers to the delivery of airport services or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

How to Enter: Entry to the prize draw is free. No purchase necessary and is a result of the accurate and quality completion of the survey. This means that any survey completed is judged on the responses given. Any poor-quality data where derogatory or nonsense responses are provided, will be treated as ‘bad data’ and removed from the overall sample and therefore entry into the prize draw.

Prizes: Prizes are as stated, and they are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There are no alternatives available unless otherwise stated. Prizes will be to the value of £500 made payable by BAC’s, Cheque or Voucher as per the winners’ request and will be drawn once every 3 months from the starting date of April 2025.

Any ad-hoc projects opted into as a result of participating in this study will come with their own prize draw / incentive options and will be clearly stated as part of the research opt-in process for participants upon invite / entry to the research.

Winner Selection: All valid entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Winners will be chosen at random. This is administered using a random number generator that includes all eligible entries to ensure that all parties have a fair chance of winning. If participants do not wish to be automatically entered into the prize draw, there will be an option for them ‘opt-out’ as part of the survey they are completing.

Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date – the end of each quarter commencing April 2025. However, ragdoll do reserve the right to extend prize draws if more fieldwork time is needed on the project. If a winner does not respond within 2 months of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.

Governing Law: This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Details of prize draw provider: The prize draw provider is Ragdoll Research & Planning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Registered No: 04779418.Registered office: Suite 5 Corum 2 Corum Office Park, Crown Way, Warmley, Bristol, England, BS30 8FJ.

Promoter of Prize Draw: Ragdoll Research and Planning Ltd will be the sole Promoter of this Prize Draw within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005. Ragdoll Research and Planning Limited will administer the Prize Draw in compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative obligations and in accordance with ASA and CAP guidance; including the CAP Code or any literature which supersedes the same.

Complaints: Ragdoll Research and Planning Ltd will be responsible for all aspects and all stages of the Prize Draw and will not give participants justifiable grounds for complaint. If Ragdoll Research and Planning Ltd receives any complaints in respect of the Prize Draw, they will notify Bristol Airport within 7 (seven) days. Ragdoll Research and Planning Ltd will be liable in respect of any complaints received in relation to the Prize Draw.

Ragdoll Research and Planning Ltd represents and warrants that it will run the Prize Draw in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
