Ryanair has announced a new route from Bristol to Bologna in Northern Italy which will operate twice weekly from 1 April.
2014 will be the first summer where customers can not only enjoy Ryanair’s low fares, but also its recent service improvements including allocated seating, a small 2nd carry-on bag, an easier website booking platform and quiet flights, which makes Ryanair the ideal choice for family and friends planning their summer 2014 holiday.
Ryanair celebrated its new route at Bristol by releasing 100,000 seats on sale at prices from just £17.99 for travel in February and March, which are available for booking until midnight Monday on January 2014.
Shaun Browne, Bristol Airport, Aviation Director said:
“We are delighted to welcome this new route which offers passengers a direct service between Bristol Airport and Bologna for the first time, taking the total number of Italian destinations served from Bristol by Ryanair to three. The Italian market continues to grow, and the launch of this new service demonstrates the demand for Italian destinations from passengers in the South West and South Wales.”
Ryanair’s Maria Macken said:
