New services and facilities create job opportunities at Bristol International

Recruits are being sought for 60 positions at Bristol International as new facilities and services are introduced at the airport.

Specialist provider for passengers with reduced mobility, OCS, recently recruited 28 staff, and a new table-service restaurant, Dexters, has also generated new jobs.  There are further vacancies across the airport in retail, catering and customer services.

A range of full time and part time opportunities are available, with several new roles being created and others required to fill existing positions.  Roles range from customer service hosts to fashion sales advisors.

Over 2,800 people are employed at Bristol International Airport, making it the largest single-site employer in North Somerset.

Paul Howlett, Head of People at Bristol International Airport, said:

“Fifty different companies operate at the airport, so there is a wide range of job opportunities with different skills required for each.  However, one thing all our business partners share with us is a commitment to training and development.”
