Bicycle parking

Planning to cycle to the airport? Here’s everything you need to know about our dedicated bicycle parking area.

Our bicycle parking area is located on the north side of the Multi-Storey Car Park at ground level beneath the internal link bridge. It is fully-sheltered and monitored by CCTV cameras for security. Cycle maintenance equipment is also provided.

Whilst construction works to the car parks are ongoing, access is via the Short Stay Car Park. A dedicated walking and cycling route from the A38 will be opened later in 2026.

When entering the airport from the A38, follow signs for Short Stay. Within the Short Stay Car Park, please follow the path along the north side of the Multi-Storey Car Park.

To return to the cycle parking from the Terminal, utilise the lifts in the Public Transport Interchange to go to floor 0 and exit via the door immediately opposite.

Please note cycling is prohibited on pedestrian walkways and you will be required to dismount.

For security reasons, bicycles will be removed if not parked in the designated area.
