FAQs

• What is the online check-in process?

  Two days before your arrival at Silver Zone, you will receive an email inviting you to check-in online. The link in the email is unique to your booking reference and takes you straight to the online check-in app.   

  Once you have checked in online, you will be given a QR code which you can download to your apple or google wallet. This can then be used at the kiosks to sign-in and complete the key drop process as well as for key collection on your return. 

• What do I need to do when I arrive at Silver Zone?

  Simply follow the usual process of dropping your keys at Silver Zone before catching the bus to the terminal. You will still need to check-in at the kiosks. The information you provided for online check-in will be remembered, making it quicker and easier to complete the process.  

• What do I do if I need to change my booking details?

  If you make any changes to the arrival and departures dates of your booking, you will need to amend your booking before online check-in. This can be done through Manage My Booking. Once you have amended your booking you can check-in using the link sent to you in your Silver Zone check-in email. 

• Do I need to check-in online or can I wait until I arrive at Silver Zone?

  You don’t have to check-in online, but we do recommend you do. It will make it quicker and easier for you on arrival at Silver Zone.

• I can’t complete the online check-in process. What shall I do?

  If you have any technical problems whilst checking in, please don’t worry as you can still check-in on arrival at Silver Zone.  

• I have checked in online; do I still need to queue at the Silver Zone reception to drop my key?

  Yes, upon arrival at Silver Zone reception, you will need to access a key drop kiosk to confirm which bay number your car is parked in and to tag and drop your car key.  

• I have already checked in online, but my details have changed, will this affect my booking?

  Upon arrival to Silver Zone reception, you will be able to amend your details at the kiosk. Simply scan your QR code and follow the instructions on screen.  

• What is the process for collecting my car on my return?

  To collect your key on your return to Silver Zone, either present your QR code or the printed receipt from the kiosk when you checked in. 

• The number of people I am travelling with has changed; do I need to amend my booking to reflect this?

  You don’t need to amend your booking. Providing information on the number of people travelling is helpful for planning our shuttle buses but isn’t essential for us to be aware of before you arrive.  

• I have checked in online, but can no longer access my QR code?

  You don't need your QR code to check-in at the kiosks; it is simply one option. You can also use your vehicle registration or booking reference and to complete check in and key-drop at Silver Zone, before boarding the bus to the terminal.
