Important Information

• Who can use the lounge?

  Our 1903 lounge is an adults only lounge and welcomes passengers from any airline and any ticket class.

• Where can I find the lounge?

  The 1903 Lounge is located in the Departure Lounge on the mezzanine floor, once you have passed through the Security Search area, pass through Duty Free, pass through the departure hall heading towards JD sports. Take the stairway or lift to the mezzanine floor. The 1903 lounge is located on the right hand side.

• How long can I stay in the lounge?

  You can access the lounge up to 2 hours 30 mins prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. Please note that this is subject to individual airline check-in and bag-drop opening times.

• Are groups welcome in the lounge?

  Groups larger than 6 are not permitted in the 1903 Lounge, whether booked together or separately. We are unable to process separate bookings forming a group larger than 6, any bookings which are found to be forming a group larger than 6 will be refused access to the Lounge and no refunds will be given.

• Can I pre-book with DragonPass or Priority Pass?

  All DragonPass and Priority Pass card holders can now pre-book their time in our 1903 Lounge using our dedicated online booking portal. Don’t forget to bring your card to enter the lounge as this will still be required. All guests must arrive to the 1903 Lounge within 2 hours of your pre-booked time, otherwise your seat will be freed.

• Is there a dress code?

  1903 dress code is smart/casual. Short sleeve tops such as vests aren’t permitted. Shorts must be tailored and of reasonable length. Sports attire is not acceptable, football and rugby shirts must be covered. Matching attire (such as hen or stag items), fancy dress, onesies, pyjamas, personalised items, or any other items that may cause offence to other lounge users are not permitted.

• Special Assistance facilities

  The lounge has lift access from the ground floor. There is a special assistance toilet facility.

• Catching your flight

  Flight information screens are displayed in the lounge. Due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight is boarding.

• Amendments and cancellations

  You can cancel or amend your booking online at our website by visiting the “Manage My Booking” section.

  You may cancel your booking at any time before your entry time; however, if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your booked entry time, we will deduct an administration fee of GBP £5.00 from your refund.
