For enquiries regarding personal items lost at the airport or on an aircraft within the last 14 days, please telephone +44 (0)1275 475494 with details of when the item was misplaced, your flight details and a description of the item. Our lost property service is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
When picking up an item, please telephone the above number 30 minutes prior to your arrival to ensure that it is ready for collection.
