How to enter
Simply visit the Bristol Airport Instagram channel:
- ‘Like’ the post headed “WIN 2x tickets to the Escape Lounge at Bristol Airport”;
- Comment a response to the question “who you’d bring with you”; and
- Follow the official Bristol Airport Instagram channel @bristolairport and Escape Lounge Instagram channel @escape_lounges.
Your name will then be automatically entered into the prize draw to win 2 tickets for the Escape Lounge on your next visit to Bristol Airport.
The following terms and conditions apply
Please carefully read these terms and conditions and the associated privacy notice before entering as a participant. By submitting an entry to the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. The prize draw promoter is Bristol Airport Limited, Lulsgate House, Bristol BS48 3DW.
2. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 and over and not employees (or members of their families) of Bristol Airport, CAVU or anyone connected with the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is open to all qualifying entrants who ‘Like’ and comment on the Bristol Airport Instagram post with their answer to the question “comment who you’d bring with you” and follow the Bristol Airport Instagram channel @bristolairport and Escape Lounge Instagram channel @escape_lounges before the closing deadline. No purchase is necessary.
4. The opening date for prize draw entries is 09:00 hours BST on 29 June 2026. The closing deadline for the prize draw is 23:59 hours BST on 12 July 2026.
5. In entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Bristol Airport may require participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the prize draw.
6. Only one entry per person and one per household is allowed and each unique Instagram account profile qualifies as a single entry. Only the first entry will be considered, and all subsequent entries by the same person will be disregarded.
7. There is only one prize for the winner. There are no runners-up prizes.
8. Escape Lounge Tickets Terms and Conditions
8.1 The winning prize is 2 tickets for entry into the Escape Lounge at Bristol Airport.
8.2 Both tickets must be used together on the same date and time specified by the winner.
8.3 Both tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value. No alternative will be given if the tickets are not used for any reason on the specified date and time.
8.4 The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they, and their companion, arrive at Bristol Airport early so that they can access the Escape Lounge at their allotted time.
8.5 If a booking is made for less than 2 people to enter the Escape Lounge on the specified date and time, the remaining ticket(s) cannot be transferred or used on another date.
9. The prize may change at any time and without notice. The prize must be accepted as offered and is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services. No alternative prize will be offered.
10. Entries received after the closing deadline will not be included in the prize draw. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be included in the prize draw. Entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
11. We will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by us for any reason, by the closing deadline, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions. Proof of transmission of entry is not proof of receipt.
12. One prize draw winner will be selected from all qualifying entrants at random by a computer process by 12:00 hours BST on 13 July 2026.
13. The winner must agree and abide by the terms and conditions of booking and using the Escape Lounge.
14. The prize will be issued subject to the terms and conditions of booking and using the Escape Lounge, which are available on our website and should be read prior to booking the tickets. We do not accept any responsibility for the operation of the Escape Lounge and we do not guarantee that it will be open or available on the allotted date and time.
15. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the prize draw or refuse to award the prize to anyone who we believe has breached these terms and conditions.
16. Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the congratulatory Direct Message within 72 hours of the closing deadline for the prize draw, we reserve the right to re-select the winner at random from all other qualifying entrants.
19. The winner will need to produce means of identification, proof of age, proof of a permanent UK address and have a UK bank account to claim the prize.
20. The prize will be sent to the winner via the email address given during the verification process.
21. The winner may be asked to take part in free publicity surrounding their win but participation in such publicity is not compulsory.
22. We reserve the right to alter, amend or withdraw the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. We reserve the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice but will attempt to notify participants of any change by placing a suitable notice on Instagram, by email and/or our website.
23. The prize does not include any other charges or costs not explicitly referred to in these terms and conditions as being part of the prize. Any other charges or costs shall be borne by the winner.
24. Bristol Airport must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation, Bristol Airport will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable copies of their winning entry, to anyone who emails or writes to Bristol Airport (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the prize draw closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Bristol Airport at [email protected]. In such circumstances, Bristol Airport must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
25. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated or affiliated with Instagram. You understand and accept that you are providing your information to Bristol Airport and not Instagram, and that you completely release Instagram from any claims in relation to this prize draw.
26. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
27. The prize must be booked and claimed by 31 December 2026. If the prize is not booked by 31 December 2026, the prize will be lost and no refund or alternative will be given.
Privacy Notice
By entering into the prize draw, participants agree that any personal information provided by them on entry into the prize draw may be held and used by Bristol Airport to administer the prize draw or as required for the arrangement, delivery or fulfilment of the prize.
Bristol Airport will not share participants’ information with any third party for marketing or market research purposes.
