Group travel by coach or minibus
Help for coach drivers, tour group leaders and anyone dropping off or collecting a group from Bristol Airport
If you are picking up or dropping off a group at Bristol Airport, you will need to use the dedicated parking facilities, and these will depend on the size of the vehicle. The details below provide all the information you need to plan ahead.
Vehicles up to 16 seats and over 2.5m:
You will need to park in the Minibus/Over Height Car Park. Simply follow the signs on arrival.
The following tariffs apply, and you will need to pay on exit at the barrier.

Vehicles over 16 seats:
You will need to book in advance to reserve a slot in the Bus & Coach Park. The tariff is £20 inclusive of VAT and is valid for the date and time shown on your booking confirmation.
Operators who fail to purchase an online permit in advance may be refused access and turned away. If a bay is available, the charge will be £30 for 30 minutes and payment will be taken on entry - note this is a cashless facility. Please note that coaches are allowed a maximum of 30 minutes parking in the bus parking bay, overstaying will result in a fixed penalty charge.
All unscheduled bus or coach services must enter and exit the airport site via the A38 / North Side Road roundabout.
