• What is happening to the Meet & Greet Car Park?

  From 16 July 2025, Meet & Greet will transfer from its current location in Drop & Go to Level 2 of the Multi-Storey Car Park. 

  The walking time from Level 2 to the terminal is approximately 3-5 minutes via a covered walkway.

• What if I have an existing Meet & Greet booking on/after 16 July 2025?

  You will be automatically rebooked into the new Meet & Greet Car Park, located on Level 2 of the Multi-Storey Car Park. Confirmation of this change, along with further information, will be sent to you via email prior to your travel date.

  Upon arrival at the airport, please follow the directional signage.

• What is happening to the Short Stay & Pick Up Car Park?

  From 16 July 2025 the Short Stay & Pick Up car park becomes a Short Stay only car park.

  Passenger Pick Up will relocate to the new Drop Off & Pick Up car park located in the Transport Interchange.

  Upon arrival at the airport, please follow the directional signage.

• What is happening to the Drop & Go Car Park?

  From 16 July 2025, Drop & Go will transfer from its current location to the new Drop Off & Pick Up Car Park located in the Transport Interchange.

  This new area is designed for passenger drop off and pick up and has level access to the terminal via a covered walkway. 

  Upon arrival at the airport, please follow the directional signage.

• What closes/opens/relocates when?

  The following changes will take place from 16 July 2025:

  Silver Zone   7 min bus transfer to terminal	Shuttle bus will drop off and pick up from Transport Interchange which has flat-level access to the terminal via a covered bridge.
  Multi-Storey 3-10 min walk to terminal	Doubles in size with additional covered spaces. Flat-level access to the terminal via covered bridge.
  Meet & Greet 3-5 min walk to terminal	Relocates to Level 2 of the Multi-Storey Car Park. Use the lift to reach Level 4 for easy, flat access to the terminal.
  Short Stay & Pick Up 8-10 min walk to terminal	Becomes a Short Stay only car park. Passenger pick up relocates to the Transport Interchange (Drop off & Pick up)
  Drop & Go 3-5 min walk to terminal	Relocates to the Transport Interchange and becomes Drop Off & Pick Up.  Flat-level access to the terminal via covered bridge.
  Bus & Coach Park 3-5 min walk to terminal	New area for vehicles over 16 seats opens in the Transport Interchange, replacing the current coach park.  Flat-level access to the terminal via covered bridge.
  Minibus & Over Height Vehicles	New drop off and pick up zone for minibus and over height vehicles (up to 16 seats and over 2.5m) opens
  Long Stay	Remains closed until Spring 2026

   

• What's the process for Blue Badge holders?

• Is anything changing in Silver Zone?

  Silver Zone remains unchanged.  Customers will still park their car, check-in and drop their keys before catching the bus to the terminal.

  The shuttle bus will drop off and pick up from the Transport Interchange which is a short walk to the terminal via a covered walkway.

• Where will the new Coach Park be located?

  From 16 July 2025, the Coach Park will transfer from its current location to the new Bus & Coach park located in the Transport Interchange.

  This new area will be used by all vehicles that have more than 16 seats. It has level access to the terminal via a covered walkway. 

  Upon arrival at the airport, please follow the directional signage for Bus & Coach.

  

• Do I need to pre-book the Bus & Coach Park?

  From 16 July 2025, you will need to book in advance to reserve a slot.  The tariff is £20 inclusive of VAT and is valid for the date and time shown on your booking confirmation.  Operators who fail to purchase an online permit in advance may be refused access and turned away. If a bay is available, the charge will be £30 for 30 minutes and payment will be taken on entry – note this is a cashless facility.
