Amending my booking

Follow these instructions to make changes to the following details:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Email address
• Vehicle
• Airline
• Destination
• Passengers
  
  

1. Go to Manage my booking and find your booking using your email address, postcode and booking reference.
2. Use the quick links at the top of the page ‘e.g. Edit Personal Details’, or scroll to the section you want to change and click Amend.
3. Your existing detail will be displayed, update the relevant field and click Confirm Changes.
4. Review your updated booking details and click Confirm Changes again.
5. A confirmation of your changes will be displayed.
6. If you need a new confirmation email, click Re-display My Booking and select Resend My Booking Confirmation Email.
   
   

Manage my booking

1. Go to Manage my booking and find your booking using your email address, postcode and booking reference.
2. Click the Edit My Car Park Booking quick link or scroll to the Car Parking section and click Amend.
3. Re-enter your parking exit and entry dates/ times and click Search Parking.
4. Choose a car park from the options shown (updated prices will be displayed) and click Book.
5. Review your changes, including the updated price, and click Confirm Changes.
6. Complete payment on the secure payment page by re-entering your card details. Your original payment will be refunded within 10 days, and a new payment will be processed for the updated amount.
7. If you need a new confirmation email, click Re-display My Booking and select Resend My Booking Confirmation Email.

Tip!  If your new dates do not meet the minimum or maximum stay length for your chosen car park, you’ll see a ‘No availability’ error. Reselect ‘show me all available car parks for my dates’ from the car park drop down to find a car park for your new dates.

Manage my booking

We can't make changes to bookings once the booking start date and time has passed. Upon exiting the car park, you'll need to pay the daily overstay fee. You can reclaim this fee through your airline or travel insurance.

The following overstay rates apply for pre-booked car park stays:

Silver Zone: £35.00 per day
All other Car Parks: £35.00 per day

We are unable to cancel your booking after the start date and time. We advise you to claim through your Travel Insurance.

When amending your booking, you'll need to re-enter your payment details to cover the price shown at the time of the amendment. Once confirmed, the original payment will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days to the account used to make the booking.
