Amending my booking

What do you need to change?

• Change my vehicle, personal details or flight information

  Follow these instructions to make changes to the following details:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email address
  • Vehicle
  • Airline
  • Destination
  • Passengers
    
    

  1. Visit Manage my booking and enter your email address, postcode and booking reference
  2. To amend your personal details, vehicle details, or flight information, click ‘Amend’ on the relevant section, make your changes and click ‘Confirm Changes’
  3. You will return to your booking details page, check the updated information and click ‘Confirm Changes’
  4. Your booking amendment confirmation will be displayed
  5. If you’d like to resend your booking confirmation email, click ‘Re-display my booking’ and choose ‘Resend my booking confirmation email’
     
     

  Manage my booking

• Change my parking dates

  1. Visit Manage my booking and enter your email address, postcode and booking reference to display your booking
  2. To amend your car park, entry date/time or exit date/time, scroll to Car Parking and click ‘Amend’
  3. To amend your parking dates, select your new dates using the date and time picker fields and click ‘Confirm changes’
  4. You will return to your booking details page. Check your amended details and click ‘Confirm changes’
  5. If additional payment is due for your new dates, you will be taken out to our payment pages, where your original payment will be refunded within 10 days and a new card payment taken for the amended price
  6. If you’d like to resend your booking confirmation email, click ‘Re-display my booking’ and choose ‘Resend my booking confirmation email’
     
     

  Tip!  If your new dates do not meet the minimum or maximum stay length for your chosen car park, you’ll see a ‘No availability’ error. Reselect ‘show me all available car parks for my dates’ from the car park drop down to find a car park for your new dates.
  
  

  Manage my booking

• Change my car park

  1. Visit Manage my booking and enter your email address, postcode and booking reference to display your booking
  2. To amend your car park, scroll to Car Parking and click ‘Amend’
  3. To amend your car park select ‘Show me all available products for my selected dates’ on the car park drop-down field and click ‘Confirm Changes’
  4. You will be taken to a page of all available car parks with and updated price for your stay
  5. Choose your car park and select ‘Book’
  6. You will be returned to your booking details, check your changes in the Car Parking section and click ‘Confirm changes’
  7. You will see a screen confirming that your original booking will now be refunded and a new payment will be made for the new car park. Click ‘Confirm changes’
  8. You will be taken to a payment page to re-enter your payment card details. Click ‘Continue’ to confirm your new payment
  9. A new payment will be taken and your original payment will be refunded within 10 days
