Amending my booking
Amend your booking online using Manage my booking. You’ll need your Booking Reference Number, email address and postcode. Use the instructions below to make the changes you need.
What do you need to change?

Follow these instructions to make changes to the following details:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Vehicle
- Airline
- Destination
- Passengers
- Visit Manage my booking and enter your email address, postcode and booking reference
- To amend your personal details, vehicle details, or flight information, click ‘Amend’ on the relevant section, make your changes and click ‘Confirm Changes’
- You will return to your booking details page, check the updated information and click ‘Confirm Changes’
- Your booking amendment confirmation will be displayed
- If you’d like to resend your booking confirmation email, click ‘Re-display my booking’ and choose ‘Resend my booking confirmation email’

- Visit Manage my booking and enter your email address, postcode and booking reference to display your booking
- To amend your car park, entry date/time or exit date/time, scroll to Car Parking and click ‘Amend’
- To amend your parking dates, select your new dates using the date and time picker fields and click ‘Confirm changes’
- You will return to your booking details page. Check your amended details and click ‘Confirm changes’
- If additional payment is due for your new dates, you will be taken out to our payment pages, where your original payment will be refunded within 10 days and a new card payment taken for the amended price
- If you’d like to resend your booking confirmation email, click ‘Re-display my booking’ and choose ‘Resend my booking confirmation email’
Tip! If your new dates do not meet the minimum or maximum stay length for your chosen car park, you’ll see a ‘No availability’ error. Reselect ‘show me all available car parks for my dates’ from the car park drop down to find a car park for your new dates.

- Visit Manage my booking and enter your email address, postcode and booking reference to display your booking
- To amend your car park, scroll to Car Parking and click ‘Amend’
- To amend your car park select ‘Show me all available products for my selected dates’ on the car park drop-down field and click ‘Confirm Changes’
- You will be taken to a page of all available car parks with and updated price for your stay
- Choose your car park and select ‘Book’
- You will be returned to your booking details, check your changes in the Car Parking section and click ‘Confirm changes’
- You will see a screen confirming that your original booking will now be refunded and a new payment will be made for the new car park. Click ‘Confirm changes’
- You will be taken to a payment page to re-enter your payment card details. Click ‘Continue’ to confirm your new payment
- A new payment will be taken and your original payment will be refunded within 10 days

We can't make changes to bookings once the booking start date and time has passed. Upon exiting the car park, you'll need to pay the daily overstay fee. You can reclaim this fee through your airline or travel insurance.
The following overstay rates apply:
Silver Zone: £20.00 per day
All other Car Parks: £30.00 per day -
We are unable to cancel your booking after the start date and time. We advise you to claim through your Travel Insurance.

When amending your booking, you'll need to re-enter your payment details to cover the price shown at the time of the amendment. Once confirmed, the original payment will be automatically refunded within 5-7 working days to the account used to make the booking.
