Cancelling my booking
You can cancel your parking booking online.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start time are free. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking start time a £5 admin fee applies.
You cannot cancel a booking after the start time.
Cancel my booking
- Visit Manage my booking and enter your email address, postcode and booking reference to display your booking
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the red ‘Cancel Parking’ button
- On the Cancel Parking page click ‘Yes’ to confirm you want to cancel your booking
- Your redisplayed booking shows as cancelled, and a refund will be processed to your original payment card within 10 working days.
