Cancelling my booking
You can cancel your parking booking online.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the start time are free. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking start time a £5 admin fee applies.
You cannot cancel a booking after the start time.
Silver Zone Non-Flexible bookings are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be amended.
Cancel my booking
- Go to Manage my booking and find your booking using your email address, postcode and booking reference.
- Use the ‘Cancel my car park booking’ quick link at the top of the page or scroll to the Car Parking section and click Cancel Parking.
- Click Yes to confirm you want to cancel your parking.
- Your redisplayed booking shows as cancelled, and a refund will be processed to your original payment card within 10 working days.
