Your first step after arriving at Bristol Airport is to come through UK border control. If you're eligible, we recommend using the ePassport gates for a quicker journey through the airport.
Please have your passport ready and remove it from any holder or wallet before using the e-gates.

Remember to collect any World Duty Free orders from the Arrivals Store after baggage reclaim.

You can reserve your favourite World Duty Free products online before you fly, enjoy exclusive savings, and pick them up when you return to Bristol Airport. No need to carry purchases on your trip or fit them into your liquids bag – your order will be safely stored until you arrive back.
