Please note, we can only respond to media requests using these email addresses.  Contact details for customer queries can be found on the Contact and Help section of our website.

Calls are charged at standard landline rates, if you are calling from a mobile phone please check charges to 03 numbers with your provider.

The press office can be contacted at [email protected] and the team are on hand to deal with all media enquiries.  Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. 

For urgent press enquiries outside of normal office hours please email [email protected] and the team will respond as soon as possible.
