easyJet launches first flights from Bristol to Lapland

Flights from Bristol to Rovaniemi took off on Friday for the first time.

easyJet, Europe’s largest airline, has today celebrated the launch of its new direct service from Bristol to Rovaniemi in Finland providing customers in the South West with the opportunity to book a magical Christmas break this year.

easyJet can also announce today that it has added additional flying on its Paris routes from Bristol providing an extra 12,000 seats. On sale today the extra flights will be popular with those looking for a city break over the February half term period.

The first flight departed from Bristol to Lapland at 1530 and flights will now operate twice a week throughout the winter season providing more families with the opportunity to reunite with Father Christmas and Rudolph for the first time since 2019.

It’s not too late to book a last-minute festive break with fares starting from just £27.99* per person until 6th January 2023.

Rovaniemi is in the heartland of Lapland, where globetrotters will be able to enjoy magical experiences from exploring Santa’s village to reindeer sledging and gazing at the Northern Lights, making it an unforgettable festive getaway!
