Security Procurement - Expressions of Interest
Created: 6th Jun 2024Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interests from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process for the provision of its security services at the Airport.
Bristol Airport is committed to providing a secure environment to support its operations which safeguards everyone who works or travels through the Airport.
Security Services at the Airport includes but not limited to, the staffed security of its Passenger and Staff Screening Areas.
The procurement will run to the following timetable with suitable suppliers being able to express an interest and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) through its e-tendering system In-Tend by Monday 24th June 2024.
The anticipated timescales for this procurement are as follows:-
Expressions of interest/PQQs Deadline – 24th June 2024
PQQ Shortlisted – 19th July 2024
Invitation to Tenders issued to Shortlist – W/C 22nd July 2024
Tender Deadline – 30th August 2024
Evaluation Period (including interviews if required) – September 2024
Intention to Award – 25th October 2024
Award – 31st December 2024
Contract Start – 1st April 2025
Contract Term – 3 years with the option to extend for up to a period of 5 years
