Security Procurement - Expressions of Interest

Bristol Airport is committed to providing a secure environment to support its operations which safeguards everyone who works or travels through the Airport.  

Security Services at the Airport includes but not limited to, the staffed security of its Passenger and Staff Screening Areas.

The procurement will run to the following timetable with suitable suppliers being able to express an interest and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) through its e-tendering system In-Tend by Monday 24^th June 2024.  

The anticipated timescales for this procurement are as follows:-

Expressions of interest/PQQs Deadline – 24^th June 2024

PQQ Shortlisted – 19^th July 2024

Invitation to Tenders issued to Shortlist – W/C 22^nd July 2024

Tender Deadline – 30^th August 2024

Evaluation Period (including interviews if required) – September 2024

Intention to Award – 25^th October 2024

Award – 31^st December 2024

Contract Start – 1^st April 2025

Contract Term – 3 years with the option to extend for up to a period of 5 years
