Invitation to Tender – Car Rental

The tender offers the opportunity to operate one of up to six on-site car rental concessions at Bristol Airport’s car rental centre for a period of seven years. Bidders must demonstrate financial resilience, operational capability, and alignment with the Airport’s sustainability goals. 

The Airport’s car rental centre opened in 2019 and offers a large office and reception area, dedicated pick-up and return spaces, and wash-bay provision. The car rental centre is connected to the Airport’s terminal via a free passenger shuttle bus, which runs every 15 minutes.

We welcome bids that focus on consistent and high-quality customer service, and work with us on our sustainability goals.”
