The Take Off Programme is designed for unemployed individuals aged 18 and over who are ready to take their first steps into employment. Through a combination of training, employability preparation, and work experience, you will gain the skills, confidence, and insight needed to start your career in customer service and beyond.
What the programme offers
Customer Service Qualification: Gain a recognised qualification that will boost your employability.
Employability Skills Preparation: CV writing, interview techniques, professional communication, and workplace skills.
Work Experience Placement: Hands-on experience with our business partners.
Duration and structure
- Length: This programme is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
- Work Experience: This will be with our business partners on-site at Bristol Airport.
- Location: Bristol, Weston-super-Mare and Bristol Airport/Lulsgate House.

- Unemployed individuals aged 18 and over.
- Motivated to gain new skills and experience to move into work.
